REuse Economy Expo is innovating and, throughout the two-day event, offers collaborative workshops organised by Circulab to design viable solutions for your organisation.
These workshops are part of a collective dynamic aimed at producing a public sector deliverable. Through analysis and discussion, participants will contribute to the development of a reference document to guide the transition to the Reuse Economy in their sector.
During this collaborative workshop, you will conduct an in-depth analysis of the trends and interdependencies within your sector’s value chain. You will identify the threats weakening its resilience and uncover opportunities to adapt over time with the Reuse Economy.

This workshop is based on a collaborative and systemic approach, using the Value Chain Canvas© (available under a Creative Commons license).
You will leave with:
✔ A clear understanding of the systemic risks impacting your value chain
✔ Strategic alignment with other key players in your sector
✔ Concrete, actionable arguments to transition to the Reuse Economy
During this collaborative workshop, you will identify concrete applications of the Reuse Economy in your sector and collectively define strategic priorities to accelerate this transition. Through a structured approach, you will lay the foundations for a viable and desirable model for your industry.
Methodology & Tools:
A collaborative and systemic approach rooted in the core principles of reuse. This workshop may also build on key insights from the first "Trigger Workshop."
You will leave with:
✔ A draft sectoral roadmap to structure the transition to the Reuse Economy
✔ Initial concrete action plans tailored to your organization
These workshops are open to any organisation interested in transitioning to the Reuse Economy.
Duration: 2h30 per workshop.
Capacity: Workshops will be held in small groups of 4 to 5 people, with a maximum of 20 participants.
Pricing: 90€ (excl. VAT) per person per workshop; 150€ (excl. VAT) per person for two workshops (to be selected via the event ticketing system).
