At a time when the world is once again becoming a stage for imperial power struggles, France must more than ever protect and intelligently support its future. The circular economy—a unique driver of economic and industrial sovereignty, local dynamism and social cohesion, and a proactive ecological transition—must be elevated to the rank of absolute priority in this context.
