It is a direct extension of the Paris Call and further develops the 10 levers, structuring and documenting them through contributions from 27 European experts across five countries: manufacturers, retailers, producer responsibility organizations, local authorities, researchers, and European organizations actively engaged in the field.

Designed as a reference document, this publication is primarily intended for public and institutional decision-makers, business leaders and industry stakeholders, industrial, economic, and regional actors and researchers, experts, and European organizations.

What is the Reuse Economy?

The Reuse Economy encompasses all activities, infrastructures, and value chains that extend the use of products and components. It is part of the 10R framework and primarily focuses on the activity families from R1 to R7: Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Refurbish, Remanufacture, and Repurpose.
